Chamber Exchange Trip to Spearfish, South Dakota

West Chamber members are packing their bags and heading to the northern Black Hills of South Dakota for our first Chamber Exchange Trip.  Join us on September 23-25 for an unforgettable experience to Elkhorn Ridge at Frawley Ranches.

Hosted by AdWest Inc. and Propp Realty, the three-day trip will include a networking reception, tours of the Frawley Ranches, meetings with the Spearfish Chamber of Commerce and South Dakota Economic Development and Tourism Departments, and golfing.  In your free time you can visit Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Devils Tower, and scenic Spearfish Canyon. 

Lodging will be at the Elkhorn Ridge RV Park and Campground, a new large upscale facility that includes tent sites, paved sites, along with 36 fully furnished cabins, most with kitchenettes. 

The tentative schedule is:

Thursday, September 23

-          Drive to Spearfish, 400 miles

-          Wine & Cheese Reception at Elkhorn Ridge RV Park and Campground

-          Dinner on your own in Spearfish, Sturgis, or Deadwood

Friday, September 24

-          Networking Breakfast

-          Ranch Tours

-          Keynote Speakers

-          Dinner on your own in Spearfish, Sturgis, or Deadwood

Saturday, September 25

-          Chuck wagon Breakfast

-          Group Golfing

-          Group Hiking

-          Self Guided Tours

The cost per person for attending the Chamber Exchange Trip is $175 and includes the reception, two breakfasts, lunch and group tours.  Golf will be $40 per person.  Cabins range from $53 - $84 and you are responsible for making your own reservations.
