Young Professionals July 2010 - City of Lakewood

YP Professional Development Event
Meet Mayor Bob Murphy, City Manager Kathy Hodgson and City Council President Adam Paul from the City of Lakewood. This is an informative professional development event. Lunch will be provided by Nueva Latina Cuisine.
In 1969 Lakewood and several sister communities bordering Denver, which until that time were part of unincorporated Jefferson County, came together to create a single municipal entity. It was then, and perhaps still remains, the largest municipal incorporation in US history. Overnight Lakewood became Colorado’s fourth largest city.
RSVP TODAY - Reservations are required!
YP Membership for 2010 is $35. With membership to the YP group, all professional development and social events are FREE. Young Professional events for 2010 are on the second Thursday of the month. Professional development is over lunch, social events are after work. Non-members are $10.
The West Chamber Young Professionals is a dynamic initiative, with the purpose of engaging and connecting young professionals in Jefferson County. By building relationships with other young professionals and business leaders, the West Chamber YP Network seeks to empower and inspire these young business people to advance their careers and become leaders in our community.
